In remote areas of Pakistan, a visit to a qualified doctor once meant long travel, unpredictable hours, and limited care. That reality shifted in July 2025 when Sehat Kahani, in collaboration with Fauji Fertilizer Company and Sona Welfare Foundation, opened e-health clinics in underserved communities.
Patients can now consult licensed doctors through Sehat Kahani’s telemedicine platform, while trained nurses on-site provide guidance, prescriptions, and follow-ups.

Noor Hasan Shah, Sindh

Trained nurses assist patients as they engage with licensed doctors through video consultations. Residents now have convenient access to routine checkups, mental health guidance, and disability support close to home.

Mouza Thair, Tehsil Sadiqabad, Sindh

Residents can now receive medical attention, mental wellness support, and disability-related consultations without traveling far. On-site nurse facilitates real-time video/audio appointments with qualified doctors.

The local clinic offers accessible primary healthcare, mental wellness guidance, and support for individuals with disabilities. Nurses guide patients through live consultations with doctors, making care straightforward and dependable.

Sehat Kahani’s partnership with Fauji Fertilizer Company and Sona Welfare Foundation continues to expand. Plans are underway to open additional e-health clinics across Pakistan’s remote areas. New facilities will provide consistent primary care, mental health support, and disability services, bringing reliable healthcare closer to families who need it most and strengthening local healthcare networks across the country.
