How to Stay Active during COVID-19 Pandemic

Nov 27, 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic is a worldwide health emergency of recent times and the greatest test the world has faced since World War II. Ever since coronavirus’s emergence in Asia before the end of last year, the infection has spread to every continent except Antarctica. It was confirmed that the infection had surfaced in Pakistan, with 2 reported cases as of in 26 February 2020. By March 18th, the infection had spread across all four provinces.

The numbers of our day to day schedules stay restricted during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pakistan; it is hard to stay active during these times. Maintaining an exercise routine at home is more like a ‘should’ than a ‘need’ right now. However, even a limited amount of action can have an enormous effect on how well you think and feel. Indeed, practice is one of the most incredible assets we have for staying mentally and physically active. Also, from time to time, do keep a check on your health, and if need be, telemedicine is the perfect solution for now.

Similarly, as with exercising whenever, it’s imperative to be protected, wear good footwear, start gradually, and give your muscles and tendons time to adjust to any new movement. Do look for an online doctor’s recommendation from our telemedicine E-health app “”””Sehat Kahani”””” if you have any underlying health condition.
